01/54/24 Hey there!
It's May now!
... buuuut we are taking a break to catch up on everything. There's still a DIY Evo Phase if you wanna progress your bloblings further in their evo journey, but besides that we're on pause. Wish us luck!
Our Discord server is invite only. Please DM Ichor or Saerfall after you've submitted your blobling claim form, and we'll send you an invite link. We spend most of our time on our Discord, so if it seems quiet here, we're probably all sequestered away in our server.

Usurper walked around Onyxia with a Ferrowood bucket full of several building materials. He was in the process of remaking almost all of his items in his house, because they were so small now that he had become a rather large blob. He hadn't left his home for a while, and so he needed to at least make it more comfortable. He didn't actually want to be out here, though. He was being hyper vigilant, constantly stopping at every noise he heard and shakily looking to see where it came from. He didn't want to see that blobling again. She scared him, and it was obvious to an onlooker just how scared he seemed to be, because he was jittery and wide-eyed. He walked up to a Ferrowood tree and started plucking off some sheets from it, putting it in his bucket. For a moment, he unintentionally let his guard down as he continued taking sheets.
Moluse was slightly in awe as she wandered the dark streets of the Swamp-based city. It was unlike anything she had ever seen before, and she thought she had wandered the world for a very long time with her brother.
Considering the amount of bloblings bustling about, it seemed that this place was very livable. There were all sorts of plants and fauna scattered nearby or even in the city. It was unfortunate that her brother disliked noisy surroundings... but perhaps he'd like it here too?
As she pondered the future, she accidentally stumbled past a dark orange figure, bumping into him slightly in her clumsiness. Recovering her thoughts, she looked up at the giant blobling and apologized. "I'm so sorry! I wasn't looking where I was going at all." She spoke hurriedly in her soft tone of voice, as she reached down and helped him pick up the scattered sheets of ferrowood.

As Usurper felt something- or someone- bump into him ever so slightly, he might have overreacted slightly. He let out a squeal as he dropped everything and was ready to bolt. His wings trembled a bit as he looked down at the blobling, silently listening to her apology. It didn't seem like she was there to hurt her, at least, not yet, but he couldn't exactly know for sure, either. She could be, like, a Blob-Eating Bulb in a Wheeple's shell. Yeah, that seemed like a proper... Example thingy? He didn't know if it had a proper word. He should ask someone, if he trusted anyone enough, which right now, he didn't... He realized he was getting lost in his everlasting, constantly running thoughts again, and after a moment of this, shakily responded, "N-no, it's okay..." He watched her start picking up the ferrowood, and he started doing so as well, grabbing his bucket and putting some of the dropped sheets in.
Moluse was briefly startled by her fellow blobling's intense reaction, causing her to silently wonder what caused him to be in such a state. He seemed so very paranoid and afraid, as if there was something, or perhaps everything, out to get him. She felt pity for the poor giant, but also a sense of wariness. Was there a darkness to this city that she didn't know about?
Not wanting to startle or ask him outright about his behaviour, considering how mean that would be, she decided to start off small and make some friendly conversation. "What are you planning to do with so much ferrowood?" She smiled softly as she carefully put some of the sheets into his bucket.

Usurper stayed silent for a moment, hesitant to answer despite the fact the answer was really, quite simple. Perhaps it was because he was still not sure about this pink blob who had run into him. Maybe she was just pretending to be friendly, and was actually a mean person or something who would hurt him again... But, he decided that maybe, it would be fine just to give her the info without revealing too much. "I'm grabbing them to make new furniture for my floor. I outgrew most of my old ones after I evolved and stuff. I just need to work really hard on these, and they'll be perfect!"
"I see! I wish you luck with that! I've heard furniture-making can be quite finicky." Moluse smiled amicably in response, despite her lack of experience in the matter. "I actually haven't evolved before... but it sounds like it can be a bit of a hassle huh?" She chuckled lightly as she pondered it. Maybe one day she'd be as big as this blobling? Wouldn't that be a feat?
"Oh, wait, floor?" She blinked in realization as she recalled those buidlings she had seen earlier, each with divided up levels available for occupancy. "Do you live around here? Is Onyxia a nice place to live?" She inquired curiously, keeping her distance from the easily-startled giant and tilting her head. A little worried she'd scare him with her strange questions, she explained hastily. "I'm actually scouting out the area right now, to see if it's a place my brother and I would like to live in."

"Well, it can be, sometimes... But, it's a nice way to get all the stress out! It always looks so pretty, especially my one room I always work so hard on! It's my comfort place..." He stopped for a moment, still unsure if he should be talking about this with a stranger. "And it is a bit of a hassle, especially if you become as big as I am. I used to be about the size you are, and then boom! I was big and had all of this extra stuff! I'm proud of it, too, actually!" He stared off for a little, silently hoping that this blob would leave soon, but then she started asking questions about if he lived here and if it was a nice place... That seemed to make him more scared. He didn't want to talk about where he lived, even though it was public on a board. The explanation didn't seem to calm him down either. "I-I don't know..." he shakily said, "I'm not one to ask..."
