Arbre yelled in pain as she felt Nibbles' teeth dig into her ankle, causing neon-green blood to ooze out onto the sand and into his mouth. She fought past her instinct to freeze, and brought her other front hoof down hard on the top of his head, trying to smack him between the horns and free her leg. Then, she continued bashing with all her might when he wouldn't let go.

"GET OFF!!!" Arbre screamed as her good leg connected hard onto Nibbles' face, sending him staggering back just a moment. The sheep tilted her head to fling the mangled ear and blood away from her eyes, before launching forward with as much force as she could muster, driving her horns right through Nibbles' chest.

Her leg and head screamed out in pain, and she channeled it through her voice as she raised her horns, lifting Nibbles a little off the ground and driving her horns deeper. The added weight nearly brought her down, but she was still able to shake her head a bit, drawing more blood before flinging Nibbles off to the side.

In her delirious state of blood-loss, Arbre heard the words, but didn't believe them. This was Them. Someone Vermin had told her to fear and fight her entire life. But here she was, completely at this blob's mercy. Arbre muttered weakly, unable to speak coherently, before her uncovered eye squeezed shut. No...not like this. Get back. Getbackgetbackgetback-

She felt the touch on her mangled ear, and Arbre tensed up and let out the faintest of whimpers at the pain. Expecting more thrashing to come, like Nibbles, she kept her eyes shut and waited for it, but the tearing and ripping never came. Struggling to open her eyes, she observed EKG placing strange looking leaves on her wounds, covering the bite and claw marks on her ear and neck. Not only that, the bandages seemed to stop the flow of blood; though it was a bit hard to tell, considering how much blood was already soaking into her, EKG and the sand below.

Of course. There was a reason why she abandoned the Brave's at B's and fled. The fear subsided within her, replaced with a vague sense of relief. EKG could see and feel her body relax, and she gingerly raised her wounded leg to allow the new blob to work their magic. With the wounds sealing, Arbre knew that she would heal up. Eventually.
