gotta get them mini missions (alphayoshi's stuff)

It had been quite some time now, and Abyss was satisfied with the amount of sandfish she caught. She supposed she'd have to thank Sakana for the knowledge she learned in the process--if not for that, she doubted she would have fished as much as she did, and subsequently learned a lot more of the world. The planet was called Terrea, the other creatures were also blobs (save for the horned creature by the Sea Sphere, who was a "stridor"), the names of the other places, and the creatures that inhabited them. She heard whispers of the "Ichor" Sakana seemed to admire, as well as a few other names: "Themis" and "Eris", and all were supposedly gods.

All in all, it'd inspired her to learn more, and as she approached the Temple of Blood with her newfound companions (who, embarrassingly, she had not yet come up with names for), the canimu carrying the bucket of eight sandfish, she felt a sense of pride and achievement.

"Thank you for helping me learn more about the world," she says as her canimu presents the sandfish to Sakana, "and I hope your temple is completed soon."

They did not stay long, for Abyss had new plans to see the world.
