Hiya! Welcome to the Onyxia Sanctuary, a player-made Library/Coliseum/Entertainment City that stands in the northern section of the Sourglow Swamp! This city was created during the site's very first City Creation Thread.

The map above shows its placement in the world... and now, directly from the Creation Thread itself, this is its description:

Players may role play within the city and have their bloblings live within its towers, which are like apartments and are completely empty but entirely available. The Coliseum may be used to host PvP arena battles, tournaments and the rare narrative-based Bounce Arena battle, which involves pushing a blobling outside of the ring to win. It may also be used for comedy shows, improv shows or just about any other kind of entertainment you can come up with!
The Library is a large, circular tower that houses many bookshelves but nary any books - it seems that the Goddess wishes for you to write your own content, so why not get started? Go find something worth knowing and write it down!

The map above shows its placement in the world... and now, directly from the Creation Thread itself, this is its description:

The Goddess gives the mass of bloblings a series of slow nods as she considers their many chirps and chatters.
They want towers, that much is clear. They want many sharp buildings that pierce the sky, and they want to merge that idea with the apartment buildings of the Old World, wherein humans would co-live and keep each other company. Like the humans they were born from, is seemed that many of them were lonely at heart - she knew the feeling well.
They also want a park they can go hang out in, a safe place to live amongst nature and enjoy the silence. Maybe have a picnic or two.
The Goddess decides that she has enough to proceed now: her blobbles want a slightly fantastical, shiny black city with towers and dark, glittering floors. Ichor begins to glow with multicoloured energy and her brow creases with effort. It seems she has been building a city somewhere off in the distance, because a massive black disk comes hovering over the horizon.
Towers sprout from the disk like trees, each one slightly differently sized than the next and capped with a cone-shaped roof that makes it look a tad wizardly. Each tower is grown in a similar area - a residential area, with little roads joining the homespikes and making them easier to travel to.
Glistening slabs of road are laid down, curving into a series of circles, half-circles and quarter-circles, and a series of rings bursts from the nothingness and grows upward, each circle higher than the last until several donut shapes resting inside one another are formed. A strangely cushiony slab of shiny stone is at the center of all the donuts, soft to the touch but still hardy and stable.
The next thing to be conjured is the library. It's built in a circle, like the coliseum, but it's topped off with the same roof all of the towers have. It's massive and is promptly lined with shelves and shelves and shelves, creating hallways. The floors are promptly lined with wheeple wool, all tied to a lattice on the floor, and they stay clean no matter how many messy little bloblings roll all over them, as if by magic. Because that's what it is. A lounge area is created in the middle, with tables made from the bowl-like shells of the poffdula tree, but filled in with glass and held up on legs of spindly, curled metal. The poffdula fruit shells provide a nice rainbowy look to the lounge, and there are quite a few tables sprinkled about, as well as pillows stuffed with even more wheeple wool, though this kind has been pulled to be softer and cushier.
There are several floors to the library, but all of the shelves are bare... for now.
Outside of the library, a park pops up, with mossy, slightly damp ground. What did you expect? This shit's in a swamp. But simply sitting down doesn't make anybody all gross; the ground is relatively dry until you dig, at which point you'll find murky water beneath the surface. Giant trees have grown here as well, with what looks like hundreds of pieces of paper all folding out from the central core. Then, thousands of quills jut out from the top, each one differently sized and filled with black ink. Dipping them in the liquidy insides of a poffdula fruit allows bloblings to write in that colour for a short time.
Hundreds more of these trees grow on the outskirts of a city, finally forming something resembling a forest. They're packed together closely enough that the light from the stars above is blocked, providing a cool, dark place for bloblings to explore. Glow grape vines swirl along the forest floor, providing a neon green glow to some sections of the forest, but not all.
A few rectangular buildings pop up as well, with their insides completely bare... but the structures are foolproof, as if they were built by a Goddess. Because they were.
The city is now floating almost directly above them, casting a dark, imposing shadow on the group.

This is a top down view of the city that's just been described! :3
