A foot. There was a foot pressed solidly into the middle of his face. Removing the green limb from his face, his head lifted with eyes that were still mostly closed. Looking at the green blur that was connected to the limb without really seeing anything. That was all the bleary eyed Evrah could process for a moment as his mind tried to figure out how the dream he was having and the reality he found himself in meshed. Was he still dreaming? Or maybe he hadn’t sept at all? What had he been doing last?
There had been a tall bipedal figure with long hair on top and fabrics all over it’s fleshy and scarred skin. The creature had been standing in Evrah’s light. The snake blob’s snout scrunched at the dream creature and he tiredly glared at the figment. It also had Kip’s voice and was using it to demand he eat more food- like such a thing mattered. Arrogant bastard. How dare it use Kip's voice. His tired glare turned to a groggy pout. The work was more important… whatever the work actually was. Food could happen later. It needed to get out of his light so he could work… there was… work to… be… d o n …
Evrah’s head dipped to the side with the pull of gravity before jerking back upright, waking him up a bit more. Blinking away the sleep slightly, the pup came further into focus. A sleepy smirk curled onto the snake blob’s face as he in turn curled back around his pup. He buried his face into the soft fur of Kip’s stomach. His Kip was much better than the dream creature that had stolen his voice. Cuter too. Could definitely kick the dream creature’s ass for getting in Evrah’s way as well. That would teach im...
In the fading dregs of consciousness, as Evrah dozed again while admiring his sleeping pup, his mind wandered back to the fair. It seemed like forever ago now. A loud, brash, annoying, green roundling had bounced up looking for help to get into an arena match to fight someone- anyone. There had been many blobs and snekkitties everywhere. Kip had passed many of them, could have approached any of them, instead of him. If it was luck, well Evrah couldn’t even begin to express how incredibly thankful he was, now at least, that it was him the stupid little orb had chosen to bother. That he could doze off and laze about with his idiot like this. And with a contented thrum the snake blob was out again.
