The bot quiz was incredibly odd, easily passable if you had a little bit of common sense but also incredibly weird if you had a little bit of common sense. Samyo didn't know how to feel about it, much less Reinala's concerning forced last question. He couldn't help but feel like he was walking straight into a trap as he hesitantly answers "Yes" and passes the test. He doesn't have long to dwell on the matter, however.
Samyo nearly leaps out of his figurative skin when his friend, Wigglesworth themself, shows up. The fact that he'd brought his personal copy of said blobling's book as a gift was now infinitely more embarrassing. He almost wanted to dig a hole and bury himself in it. It seemed even more pretentious now, presenting a book that he didn't even write to the godborn of Order, when the author themself was attending. For a moment Samyo almost lays it all out to Wigglesworth-explaining that he had made himself a personal copy of his manners book, apologize for doing so, and that he'd brought it as a gift, and apologize for that also. His copy of "Mindful Manners for You and Me" wasn't even as pristine as the one in the Onyxia library as Samyo had lovingly dog-eared and written notes for himself. He really might die of embarrassment today.
Instead, Samyo starts going into damage control and tucks the book away. He was lucky he'd brought so many cuteacups. Many bloblings seem to have thought it was an appropriate gift so it'd do. Face still flushed, Samyo puts on a bright cheerful grin and finally waves at his friend Wigglesworth.

Kali walked over to join the other blobs after she passed. She had heard rumors of the Trial, but she was unaware it had such an effect. Still, it was concerning that she passed when many others didn't. Of course, she didn't judge herself and most definitely her friends to be evil in any sort of way, but wouldn't that be a guarantee? Who would go out of their way to be evil? Kali was sure she didn't answer too well on the other questions so she wasn't sure why she passed when others didn't. The fact so many blobs failed worried her a great deal.
A voice next to her dragged her out of her thoughts. Glancing down at them she regarded them coolly. She took a moment to gather her thoughts among the murmuring of the others and responded unsure if she should have watched her words better in a place as seemingly strict as this, "Who doesn't know of Reinala if they are smart enough to go to her supposed tour? Tch- seems foolish to throw yourself in a place where you don't even know a godborn! How can you expect to stumble your way through life merrily if you don't know the first thing about the world around you!" Letting out a deep frustrated sigh she gestured dramatically around her with the cloud of sparkles she could manipulate and continued, "I'm not sure if anyone can predict the reasonings of them. All we can do is guess, and I'd rather not assume too much when I'm about to go into her territory." Quieting her voice down she let the metallic person speak. It was quite hard to remain serious while she was still holding a bundle of wiggling fish as a gift.
After passing the test she looked over to the group and examined them from a distance. To her surprise and disappointment, she could not find Hope or El anywhere. She was sure they would pass if they had joined them, but did they not go? She realized Hope and El may have stayed behind due to reluctance or perhaps they never received the invitation. Feeling even more unsure of herself now that she was sure she was without her friends she hesitated, but she knew she didn't want to turn back. She had already put herself out there and had gone through the test. So she might as well go join the pack. Floating elegantly over not letting a single flower fall she watched the strange person write. It was becoming increasingly apparent to her that they were much more then what met the eye. However, this "trial" concerned her greatly. If Reinala did such a horrendous act, could they truly be trusted? Serenity contemplated this while inquisitively watching the metallic person waiting to see what they shall do next.
"Thank you" Dionysus called out to the strange object/blob person. He then went to where the others were standing waiting to go inside.
Draco walked over to the where the other bloblings were standing waiting to go in. He was still shocked that he gotten all the answers right. Well that last one was a no brainer. He wondered what Reinala had done wrong.
He looked around at all the perfect white walls. Someone who could make walls this good must be a good blob right?
Draco felt something small digging into the palm of his hand. He looked down and noticed that he still had that little pink gem.
Avalora was surprised at the number of blobs denied. She reviewed the questions that she remembered and became more concerned since... well if her answers were acceptable... which choices had they selected? Would they abandon a creature in need? Harm others? It wasn't even just that they had failed but that there was so many of them. She looked on with worry until a smaller bouncing blob pulled her from her thoughts.
He rattled off a few questions between her and another blob that she stood close to in their huddle next to the door. She smiled at him, appreciating the distraction from her newfound worries regarding blob kind. She found the other bipedal blob's reaction a bit harsh considering the obvious 'newness' of the smaller blob. "We all start somewhere," She acknowledged him before answering his questions, "I know of Reinala, though I've only seen her at a distance. I do agree though that it would only be my assumption... but I believe the reason we could only answer yes to that last one, is because Reinala herself feels that is the only acceptable answer."
As their section of the line became a bit more congested Avalora considered the little blob further. He was about the size Violet was when they had first met. She quietly sighed at herself wondering if Violet had her trained before she hesitantly made an offer. "I'm sorry if this is... odd, but if you'd like I can carry you. Give you a better view."

tomata The writing on the page is eerily evenly spaced, each of the letters an almost perfect recreation of their brothers. Every 'n' looks like every other 'n', with no variance between them. How peculiar...
The page reads... A being whose skin is maroon coloured is shouting about how terribly written the test is. Their main concerns are that the final question offers no answer besides 'yes' and that the bots will not allow for individualized answers. Tell me, round one; if you had any right to judge a Godborn, would you not have at least have grown arms by now?
Another one, teal and with a red scarf, is shouting about how the bots did not allow him to enter the city before it was built. Does he think that this world is his to own?
There's more on the paper, but Argos catches on and turns the papers away from you then. "Your compliment has been noted. Your writing appears rather adequate to me." Despite their words seeming somewhat lukewarm, you feel as if you've made an impression.
SushiDragon101 Argos turns towards you and looks down at the cup you've got with you. "Patience."
A small chunk of time passes, and regardless of any commotion or chattering going on around it, the grey being appears tranquil, if not a little neutral-leaning. Roars bounce away from its ear holes and insults drip off its smooth surface as if it's coated in a diamond finish. Eventually, the scribbling behind the being slows, and when they dot their final I and cross their final T, they regard you and those around you once more. They lower their body into a bow, a rare smile gracing their features. If they had a hat, they would probs tip it for you now. "It was pleasant to meet most of you. I must remain outside of the city walls for now - however, Reinala and Dioscuri are waiting for you, so they shall take care of you all once you are inside. Enjoy your tour, and please do not cause any undue commotion."
Several sets of blobs who didn't pass are really going off now, a chorus of 'what, we don't get to come in' and several expletives rising up all around you. Some blobs are pushing their way into the crowd of blobbles who did pass, pissed off with teeth bared, and some of the savvier ones go all quiet and demure and try to blend in amongst the blobs who have lined up outside the doors.
The bots take notice of this and begin swooping down and forming a wall between the peeps who did pass and the ones who are falling to bitterness over not getting a good score or who knows what else, it's probs a personal problem, and the giant doors make not even a single sound as they slowly open. It's as if the wall just parts all of a sudden, a gap forming between the stone that wasn't there before, offering a way into the White City.
Single file, bloblings begin walking and rolling and floating their way in, some eager, others apprehensive. Another set of bots is waiting just past the lip of the marble-like stone and several blobs in line are spotted and then apprehended. The new-to-you bots cast a spotlight on the blobs who presumably tested poorly and attempted to slide in anyway, and within a blink of a blobling's eye their form is bursting into a haze of floating particles. Seriously; one moment the blob is whole and the next moment it's a gas, its limbs and core rendered moot in favour of being a literal cloud, and it floats up and into the sky, the entire process producing at worst a shimmer of light and a poof of sound.
Even more blobs try to rush the now-open space and they meet a similar fate, their screams falling into nothingness as their forms are taken from them and cast into the sky.
Once all of the bloblings who passed are through, the gates close again and as soon as they've sealed, every sound from outside the gates is shut out. It's not just like covering one's ears; the screaming outside isn't dulled, it's gone, as if there aren't thousands of displeased test-takers sitting just outside. You could hear a water droplet from a mile away in all this silence.
But with the doors pressed shut behind you, you realize...
You are now in The White City.
Beneath you is a pane of glass that leads off into the distance, and under it is water that flows like a tranquil river, carrying a healthy amount of Themisfish in its current. A sealed fish tank of sorts serves as the main walkway here and it seems to stem off in several directions further down the line.
Four differently constructed buildings are within sight, but you'll probably have to get closer to make out any additional details.
Like the walls, the parts of the floors here that aren't filled with fish are a heavy, marble-like white stone that glimmers in the starlight. It's completely unblemished and smooth, as if machined, and it stretches throughout the city until it ends at the bottom of the mountains in the distance.
Two silhouettes are standing at the point where several of the fishy paths meet. As you get closer, one of the silhouettes begins to wave, and you see that that waving someone is a bipedal blob with a drippy cloak. When the distance between you is closed, Dioscuri beams a wide, fanged smile at you and the others who also passed the test.
"Heyaaaa~! Glad to see that at least some of you made it past that test - sorry about that, by the way. I didn't wanna mention it in the text because I didn't want people to like... fake being a 'good person' or something. I dunno. Anyway! I'm Dioscuri, for those of you who haven't met me yet. It's hella to meet you and we should talk about why all of you are the shape you are later."
Ichor's Godborn rather sticks out here, the blue and red train of her drippy cloak and her the rainbow underside of her wings packing more colours than this city has anywhere, probably in its entirety.
The other silhouette is a stark white, her eyes pointed downward until Dioscuri calls upon her. "Reinala, you should introduce yourself."
"... ah, my apologiesss. You may all call me Reinala. I am pleasssed to meet you." The voice that comes from behind her lips is clear and sounds the way that white looks; pure. The white fox nods her head for but a moment, a gesture of greeting, and then looks over her shoulder, scarcely meeting the eyes of anybody in the crowd.
Her fur looks long and luxuriously thick, and the scales upon her tail are strikingly symmetrical, as if someone spent 100s of hours lining them all up. The hooves upon her back legs are made of the same gemstone that juts out of her ears.
"I sssuppose I should welcome you to my city; this is the White City, and it is where I have been residing sssince the Trial. I have been spending my time perfecting it, and now it isss close enough to finished to be viewed by the public... and that is you."
Dioscuri grins and puts a hand on the fox's cheek, gently turning her face towards you and the rest of the crowd. "Y'know, in all of those words there, you didn't actually welcome them... you just said you should."
Reinala points her slitted eyes towards you, the blackness of her pupils all the more apparent against the backdrop of quiet lilac. If she's annoyed by the other Godborn's actions, it doesn't show on her face.
"Nice." Dioscuri whispers fondly, with a certain sharpness and inflection, as if Reinala had just taken part in a fist bump, or had typed the fabled 69. Her passion is misplaced, but likely appreciated by the lilac fox, who colours slightly in the cheeks.
"Kk, now that we've introduced ourselves... why don't you tell us about you? Don't be shy. We've got really good ears and stuff, so we'll hear you even if you talk over each other."
Ooh. Being torn into little bits and pieces sounds like a fun time! Perhaps they would be orderly pieces. Without missing a beat, Karis replies with a hearty "I'm In!", being sure to emphasize syllables of each word. One must be appreciative of each enunciated keyword: for best voice recognition results!
They blink, and come to whiteness. A bland expanse stretches out before them. The geometries much please it, and it waves its feelers about, praising the great perfection in cubeness of the area. A few seconds pass-- nothing is happening.
Ah, yes, how could it be so rude? It would need to offer tribute. Luckily, it is prepared. From its back, it produces a beautiful octahedron, clearly a gem taken from a Sand-Raven of the Smiley Sands, but scored down and sanded to the point where it has taken on distinct facets, as uniform as Karis could have made it. Delicately, it lets it rest on its tip on the snowy floor.
The Marionette clacks and jitters its play. Karis giggles, following its movements until an eyebot descends to meet the tentacled blobling. Karis' expression lights up as it sees it.
A quiz! How fun. It answers to the best of its ability: Bloblings are good, yes, very good, friends are good, yes, very good, everyone is good, no? Hey, why are all these options yes? Reinala did nothing wrong! Oh, yes? About the other bloblings? Violence? Hmm, well, they're good, so Karis does not care whether they stab five spikes into one another or one! Four would be best, you see, but it will not judge them for their inferior judgement of the sacred numerals!
Judgement? Karis begins to feel trepidation for the first time, and then that's quickly washed away by the realization that it passed! Yes, it did. Therefore, it does not care about else. Yes. Very good!
Karis is more boggled by the moment. Yes, this is a wonderful place. The Fish, the blobling-clouds, what a delight. When They return, they Must tell Soma and Yggdra about what they have seen, yes! Ah, if only there were a way to capture this beauty! A scintillating picture frozen in time? A repeatable memory for one to loop forever? It levies its tendrils at the thought, and thinks about how the creature had mentioned arms. Yes, if it is lacking, then it will procure the limb! Surely, there must be a way to do so! After all, that is the job of the Beautician!
"Salutations! I am Karis! I am a purveyor of all things of beauty! The experience so far has been wonderfully gorgeous! Much honor to yous!" Karis glurbles, joyful. It's unknown whether their accent allows for proper interpretation, but personally, Karis finds the undulating bubbliness of its undertone a pleasant percussion, so it does not mind.

Ghost doesn't really know how to deal with the chaos and the response to the party-crashers, so to speak. The bloblings turning into gas was certainly shocking and Ghost makes a little sharp whistle of concern as they disappear. It's overall very strange, but their fellow companions who had been allowed in seem otherwise unharmed and calm so Ghost slowly settles back into taking in just everything. The White City is beautiful, overwhelming, and so far beyond what any blobling is capable of producing it's ethereal. Ghost hardly knows where to look first so they slowly roll their floating head around. They don't seem to have eyes in the traditional sense, but the way their head moves it seems as if Ghost is taking in all the sights.
Upon seeing the godborns, Ghost wants nothing more than to say hi and thank Reinala for that time she had calmly accepted them for who they were. It would seem that would have to be some other time, however, since Reinala seems otherwise preoccupied being a host. Ghost can't really talk over other bloblings so they rather dryly write "I'm Ghost" onto their papyrill and show it to the godborns. After a moment of thought, Ghost quickly writes "The White City is beautiful, Reinala. Thank you for inviting us," and also shows it to the godborns.
To be polite, however, once they are done they show their "I'm Ghost" papyrill to their neighbors, as the equivalent to an introduction to the other bloblings around them. Might as well try and meet new bloblings.

Wigglesworth had been practically bowled over by some blobs trying to rush the gates, and they made an effort to keep the peace. "I say now, there's really no need to rush - Oh dear me, such language. You could really use a lesson in manners, young blobling - I say-"
They really weren't expecting to see so many blobs get vaporized. Wigglesworth's singular eye widened, and they gave a bit of a gasp. "Oh my. That's very... dramatic. I expect they must be all right, though. Dear Reinala wouldn't harm a soul."
She... wouldn't, right? The little story that had been told about her sounded a little disturbing, but - clearly, she meant well!
There was a lot of things Wigglesworth was currently fretting about, so it was nice to see a good friend of theirs waving at them. "Ah! Samyo! My dear friend!" They bounded over to the cat-like blobling, looking pleased.
"I say, fancy meeting you here! How have you been?"
But Wigglesworth fell a bit quiet when the godborns began to speak, so they could listen. They perked up a little.
"Dearest Reinala, thank you ever so much for this tour. As always, I enjoy your company, and I'm sure everyblobby else will as well. And Dioscuri, it was quite thoughtful of you to make the arrangements!"
Wigglesworth looked out for Argos a moment. "And thank you as well for being so thorough and dutiful in your work, kind -" There was a slight pause and falter because Wigglesworth wasn't really quite sure what Argos was in any capacity. "Fellow."
Sheldonna, of course, tried to sneak in after making her way past the bot. Technically, she hadn't answered any questions. So, TECHNICALLY, she hadn't passed OR failed. It seemed like a brilliant plan to her. She was slithering along.
Then, a spotlight shone on her. She took a moment to strike a pose. "Ey, it's bout time someone noticed I-"
She noticed the other blobs seeming to get vaporized and started to sweat. "Uh, would yous believe I-
Beaken was still outside the city wall - having not tried to sneak in or rush the gates. He was still stuck on the first question.
"Can goodness even be defined by beings who are not fundamentally good to begin with? Are we all not just born blank slates and learn and grow-"
"Please try again."

After being told patient, Vinum sat there, for quite a bit in her mind. When the being began bowing, she once again starting vibrating in excitement. Besides the neutral-ness of it all, they would be perfect for her bar. The small bots weren't that useful by themselves, especially with that voice, no. She filed that away for things to discuss later as chaos began to appear in the form of rushing blobs. The eerie silence of the doors as it opened to the city was more surprising than the torrent of blobs complaining and trying their best though. Somehow through the crowd, she ended up in a straight line, with the dam of bloblings behind.
Spotlights began outing the blobs that weren't allowed in. Shivers went down her back, this time not from excitement. They just went 'poof', no warning. They probably were tossed outside. Hopefully. The cacophony of noise wasn't any bother, a business wouldn't be lively without any. Then, the doors shut. The lack of noise was louder than what was there before. Only the soft trickling of water and the surrounding blobs could be heard now. The entire place was the same as the walls in front, smooth, and nothing to interrupt it. It made the entire place seem...empty, like something was missing.
Seeing the two silhouettes, she pushed her complaints out of her head as Dioscuri began speaking. Her color was a welcome from the monotone city.
"Nice to meet you two and everyone else! My name's Vinum~ Thanks for inviting all of us into your city by the way~" When she was done, she sat and listened to all the introductions, attempting to memorize all the names said for later. Sometime eventually, she wanted to make sure to personally meet every single one of them. Vinum didn't want to admit the long time of being alone was getting to her.
As the doors pried themselves open, the pair were somewhat amazed by the peaceful wonderland in front of them. It was made out of pure marble, pristine at that, and was very soothing to the eye. However, their awe was quickly cut short by the cacophony of anger and protests around them. Quickly, measures were taken by the little bots as they lined up in a very orderly wall-like formation to split off the failed from the passed. Moluse managed to recognize the same little bot that had interviewed her earlier, which she gave a friendly pat of thanks and put a cuteacup petal on its head before entering through the doors.
Unlike Moluse's casual ease of entrance, Saphir was briefly startled by the cut-off screams of the bloblings around him, who were vaporized into nothingness after being spotlighted by a set of new bots. It was startling, but also somewhat interesting. Was this the power of a godborn? To be honest, he thought everyone trying to sneak in was kind of dumb anyway. Was this tour worth scrambling over? It was tough to tell. He was genuinely concerned over why so many failed though. Was it only because he and his sister were new that they hadn't committed murder like everyone else? Maybe only time would tell.
As the doors closed, cutting off the chaotic crowd behind them, Saphir's mood was instantlyuplifted. After glancing at his sister who was awed by the river beneath their feet, he looked around warily at the expansive city. He already knew this city was not small, but he was amazed by how the white marble floor seemed to stretch all the way to the far mountains in the distance. The power of a godborn. Was a thought that seemed to keep popping up in his mind since he got here.
Although he wanted to look at the buildings that were too difficult to make out clearly at the moment, he decided to follow the crowd and nudged his sister forward.
Moluse was very distracted by the river just beneath her feet. She was somewhat worried of falling to her doom accidentally, as if the glass would just dissappear sometime or had a hole right where she walked. She was probably just being paranoid, especially after watching everyone walk by casually, but then she got distracted by playing with the little silvery eels beneath her feet... Fortunately, her brother pushed her forward so she'd continue going with the crowd.
Dioscuri and Reinala. The two godborns that had summoned them here. For a moment, the pair weren't quite sure what to think or say, considering that they were new to their presence. But deciding to follow everyone else's lead, they introduced themselves simply.
"It's a pleasure to meet you, my name is Moluse, and I currently wander Terrea with my brother." She smiled gently with a tilt of her head, wondering if the godborns could really hear them from all the way at the back of the crowd where they were.
"Saphir, Moluse's brother." Saphir continued curtly whilst still spinning his head this way and that, looking around with a wary, but interested curiosity. Only after Moluse glared at him did he add another, more polite, line. "...thanks for the welcome."
Mentally, the pair made note of a few names, such as Ghost who couldn't speak, Karis the... beauty-seeker? And Vinum who seemed relatively normal. There was also a talkative little one-eyed pig-like blobling who was very polite and somewhat amusing to listen to.
After a few introductions had been said, Moluse decided to ask about the little quiz-givers she had enjoyed the company of earlier.
"Say, does anyone know if we'll get to see those little ring bots again? I thought they were quite cute. Do they only live in the White City?" "Oh god no..." Saphir grumbled as he recalled the absolute chaos that was left outside the walls just a moment ago.
Kali was too preoccupied with what was happening around them to be bothered to listen to what the other colorful blob had to say to the new one. When the metallic being told those who did not pass to leave she could feel the air prick with the tenseness. As some rushed behind them she instinctively reached her hand out behind the smaller blob while her cloud of stars blanketed them protectively. Of course, none of the furious blobs made it close, but it was better safe than sorry. Once she was sure of their safety she attempted to play it off as if she was simply stretching her arms and showing off her stars.
Walking into the temple the sight of the vaporized blobs envigorated her. How strangely exciting it would be to rush into someplace you're forbidden to go only to be ripped to shreds. Kali's thoughts were filled with ideas as to what it would feel like. Only the sight of the Themisfish below them woke her out of her thoughts. Did this strange sight mean her rushed gift was a good one or a bad one? They surely liked Themisfish, but don't they already have enough?
The voice of the godborn startled her out of her focused stare, and the sight of them only excited her further. Now it was getting interesting! Sure, Kali had heard all about Reinala, but she never actually saw them in person! Suddenly squinting a little she realized the resemblance of Dioscuri and the other blob next to her. It was too late to ask about it now as the godborns spoke, but Kali would be sure to mention it later.
Standing up straighter Kali beamed at the thought of introducing herself. She quickly and quietly set her gift onto the floor and lifted her hand to the air in one fluid motion. As if to announce her presence she made a show to swirl and dance her cloud of stars around her and her raised arm only to throw her arm back down onto her hip making sure she struck a pose. She then boldly projected her voice forward making sure she would be heard, "My name's Kali! I'm one of the best-trained fighters around so you best believe I'll defend those around me with my life! If you are in need of advice I'm your girl to go to."
Dionysus had just caught a glimpse of a blob seeming to be vaporized before the doors slid shut and all sound and sight of the outside world was lost. Only the pure white walls was to be seen. Dionysus saw something under his feet move and he jump up into the air. Oh What were these creatures that seemed to fly under the floor. Were they in water? They were perfectly white and just seemed to match everything around them. Dionysus flew up a couple more feet so that he could admire the fish and just how perfect this all was. He settled back down to the ground and straightened up the bag that was around his neck. He walked up to the front of the crowd so that he could see the two godborns better.
"Reinala you have done wonders to this place. I love it." Dionysus greeted the white fox godborn.
"You remember me, Dionysus. I brought you a bunch of those papyrill bark and the pens awhile ago. This place is perfect" he said as he twirled around, his arms open to indicate everything around him.
"If you ever need anything I will be will to give you a wing." Dionysus bowed.
Draco panicked a little when the door closed and he was inside a place with no way out. He played with the little pink stone that was in his hand and it calmed his nerves enough that he was able to look around and what he saw was perfection. And white. Every thing was white. There was no color and everything was perfect. He was looking all around him and did not notice that the crowd had stopped moving and so bumped into a very familiar blob blob. Draco took one glance at the blob and scrambled to hide in the crowd.
Avalora, at the little blob's acceptance toted him in through the gate and safely past the chaos of blobs being removed from the city. It was a concerning visual in many ways, but it seemed to her that it could only be benign with the godborns involved so she didn't dwell on it too much. In short order she was with the group at the intersection and returned her passenger gently to the floor as requested.
As soon as she spotted Dioscuri she lit up, but minding herself, this was Reinala's home, she gave the fox a slight bow. She was happy to see the two getting along as well, they seemed close. She took note and smiled at Alistair's introduction before giving her own even as others peppered their own greetings still. "It's good to meet you Reinala. Thank you for inviting us all and for taking care of Dioscuri." She of course knew that Reinala was Dioscuri's charge but, at least from this interaction, they did seem like friends from where she stood and she appreciated that. She shifted her gaze to the other godborn and her smile turned a both brighter and a little bashful, "I'm glad to see you again Dioscuri, I'm sorry it feels like it's been so long but... if after all this, if you have a moment I'd like to talk more." Even if the godborn didn't have the free time Avalora still appreciated this opportunity to see that she was doing well.
At first Evrah paid little attention to the dissenters even as Kip responded to one. As for Kip’s first experience with this place, Evrah did in fact recall some of the details, but he didn’t bother interrupting the pup’s retelling. Instead, as Kip pressed into his side, the black blob draped a wing across his back as they moved into place with the other accepted blobs. When the bots started to intervene with the blobs trying to get in… Evrah watched on as blobs were evaporated. The wing across Kip’s back went from casually resting to tensely pulling Kip tighter against his side. He told himself it was likely that they were fine. Considering the nature of the quiz itself he doubted that they were being removed from existence, or something equally dramatic. However, if this was a threat, warning, or just a show of power to remind the non-godborn blobs of their place, Evrah would say it was effective. He didn’t appreciate it.
Of course, that didn’t change the fact that they were going into the city. They were approved after all so… it should be safe. Under his breath and dipping his head down he asked Kip in a carefully neutral tone, “Did they do that last time? To you.”

With a smile, Kip nuzzled into Evrah's neck as the wing draped over his back. Tucked into the snake blob's side, Kip didn't pay too much attention to the commotion being caused. "But 'ey, guess I shouldn't be too sore 'bout it." he continued. "Reinala seems cool enough once ya talk to 'er, 'n we're here now, so-"
Kip's rambling screeched to a halt, the pup gasping wide eyed as the arguing voices ceased, their blobby bodies vanishing in a white puff with only a floating eye bot close by. Perhaps a bit of it was air being shoved from his chest, as Evrah hugged him tightly to his side with a wing. The initial grip was so tight, Kip wasn't touching the ground at all. "...Hah!" The pup nearly barked, the surprise on his face changing to amusement. "So that's what that looked like."
The two of them continued with the remaining group inside of the city. Kip was more than happy to be hugged tight against Ev, and watched the Themisfish swim underneath the glass walkway as they talked. So much so, that he didn't recognize the very familiar blob that bumped into him as they passed. "Yeah, I'm guessin' so." Kip replied in his usual (probably louder than necessary) tone. At the very least, he didn't seem overly sore about it anymore. "Was like, one moment I was right inside the walls, then the next instant, I'm outside the city again. Was kinda cool, when ya think about it." The pup continued to casually converse with Evrah as they walked, not paying much heed to his words and who he said it around. "'sides, they said we was good enough people ta come in, means they'll take us as we are!"
Kip did quiet down for a moment when they reached the intersecting path, and Kip listened to Reinala and Dioscuri speak. He wasn't going to fight to get in close: he preferred to stay close to Evrah for now, and Dioscuri said that everyone would be heard anyway. But he still shouted above the crowd, just to be sure.
"Well, I definitely know both of ya! Hey Reinala! Good ta see ya again. Gotta say it was worth the wait ta get in...happy to see the fruits of my labor, all that buildin' material put to use!" The pup laughed a bit, before looking over at the other godborn. "'n hey there, Dioscuri! We've talked a few times before: I'm KipToMyLou on Friendzy! I think it's the first time we've met in person, 's good ta meet ya!"

|| Alistair ||
Alistair could have almost flinched with how direct purple blob was being, but no. He had to keep his cool. It would look really bad if he didn't. Though, the reassurance of the other blob did make him feel at least a little better. " You are.. right in that I don't know too much, but isn't that a point in itself? There is only one way to learn after all, sometimes reading books other blobs have wrote isn't as good as first hand experience, so that is what I am here to do. To learn, and to observe. " Of course he had to speak in much more of a hushed whisper, and sure that was only.. half of why he was here. Being lonely was another, but he didn't mention that. Though he could appreciate Avalora's [ though the name was still unknown to him ] kindness towards him he hesitated when it came to be lifted up. " Yes, that would be the most likely answer wouldn't it? I suppose there's only one way to find out. As for being lifted I- " with that the gates were opening and the rush had just begin to surge. While he wished to deny it before, this time, it was probably better if he went along with it. " Yes, it probably be better to be picked up. At least until inside so I don't get trampled? "
With that everything seemed to be happening very quick. Scooping his little galanthillas back up into his mouth so he could be picked up as the rush of blobblings surged the gate- and a magical sparkles had surrounded him to protect him. He could barely get out a " thank you. " in between his mouthful- having to be extra careful not to crush something that was meant to be a gift to the goddess and her godborn. Though soon enough they were traveling once more. The crowd of angry blobs began to dissipate as they made their way past the gates- Alistair now safely being carried so he didn't get stampeded on, being sure to stay rather still and not wiggle too much. The blobs being thrown into the air by the posts- being.. 'removed' in itself was unsettling in a way. Almost as unsettling as the quiz itself but he dared not to speak up on that. Especially as those large doors closed shut behind the group of blobs that were REALLY meant to be here, leaving the shockingly small group of blobs left standing inside the pure white city. Standing in stark contrast of the white walls around them happened to be a at least somewhat familiar form. One that upon approach, of course, was the one and only colorful Dioscuri.. and another blob he could only assume was Reinala, and with the two of them speaking up, it was finally confirmed for him. Finally, what he was here for.
Alistair watched the others wait their turn to introduce themselves, removing the galanthillas from his mouth to do his best to clutch them with his tail. Why he didn't think of that earlier he wasn't sure, but hey, it freed up his mouth to speak at least a little bit! Though he did risk dropping it now.. oh dear. Either way, he followed Kali's introduction very quickly with his own, since he deemed that it was his turn.. though the name Kali he'd have to be sure to remember. " My name is Alistair, and its been a pleasure to meet you both! Of course, I have yet to speak with either of you, but I am glad that I am able too. Is this when we should offer to you our gifts of thanks? If so, I have brought you these.. Galanthwhatsits. Okay, the full name escapes me, but they're pretty flowers. " With that he turned his attention to Dioscuri once more, only truly realizing just how similar the blob he who had yet to mention their name really was to Dioscuri.. how.. odd, and honestly quite the wonderful coincidence. " As for you, thank you for bringing me here and simultaneously scaring the life out of me. Though I am more interested in the both of you than I am in telling my.. not so long life story. So please, this is your tour, I would gladly listen to whatever you had to say... the both of you. " Well, here's hoping that was a pleasant enough first impression. First impressions could be.. everything sometimes.
