Bloblings don't need to sleep, but they can do so if they want to. :3 Their little bodies do get tired if they exercise a lot or exert themselves in some way, but a blobling simply needs to take a seat and stop moving for a while to recover.

Currently, there is no day/night cycle, no. This may change in the future as the plot unfolds, but currently the answer is no. =p The planet doesn't rotate.

There is no sun, but six evenly spaced stars can be seen in the sky and do provide some light. Each one is a different colour. The atmosphere is red, so everything is a little red tinted when you're outside, though indoor areas have regular lighting. Or they will, once you guys get around to forming structures.

All of the creatures on Terrea have no need to eat or sleep, as they're sustained by Ichor herself, but camivians eat gems and sand because they believe doing so will make their head gems shinier. Much like how humans believe collagen from bones makes their skin more youthful!

Terredens would love it if you fed them literally anything from your garden, though, and prismermines probably enjoy snacking on berry-like fruits... which there will be some of one day, I promise. >>;

Currently, the planet has an impenetrable core. This could change if peeps wanted it to. 0: But as-is, Terrea is entirely made up of desert and swamp, aside from the core. There were no clouds in the sky until the swamp was made, but they're still mostly localized to the swamp.
