LAST TIME ON DRAGON BALL Z...
The Godborns Yume and Reinala were created by Eris and Themis, both at different times for different reasons. They wandered the planet with little guidance and both of them ended up using their powers in a way that hurt others.
Later, when Ichor found out that Themis and Eris had made Godborns on Terrea, she rounded them both up with the intention of grilling them to see if they were allowed to remain on her planet, as their 'parents' were forbidden from meddling in the lives of the bloblings.
They were forcibly transported to a black nowhere-space and made to defend themselves and their actions to the Goddess Ichor and all of Terrea. At the end of this very public interrogation, it was decided that each of the Godborns would have their powers removed until they could learn to respect the lives around them.
They were then imprisoned inside of their own area, closing them off from the rest of the world.
Once enough time had elapsed, Ichor made her own Godborn named Dioscuri to watch over Reinala and Yume, and their powers were returned to them.
Neither Yume nor Reinala has been very talkative since then, and they've rarely been seen on the surface at all.
But now, Dioscuri is proposing that they let the bloblings in, show them around their new homes, and give everyblobby...
A TOUR.
Have you been wondering what Reinala and Yume have been up to since the Trial? Have you been wanting to know more about the mysterious temple beneath the Tar Pits and the city behind the white walls? Has your blob been wanting to talk to Yume or Reinala since the Trial, but I've been too hecking preoccupied to make that happen for you? Have you just been wanting the dang story to move forward already?
Well, this is the event for you!
In this forum-based role play event, bloblings will get access to Eris' Temple and The White City, two previously completely unexplored areas! Each Tour will happen one at a time, beginning with Reinala's, and will have something happening within the walls that the bloblings will need to aid with.
The Tour will be a DnD-inspired event, with a DM (me) providing the adventure and a certain number of players participating... and that means you! Every 24 hours, there will be a new story post that moves the plot forward, so the people involved in the adventure will need to be able to post within a time limit whenever they wish for their blobling to act. If a player fails to do so, the story simply moves on without them.
Each of the Tours will feature one style of combat: one narrative, and one stat-based.
For those unable to participate RP-wise, there will be polls that allow everyone to vote on which path they think is best, so they'll still be able to vote within said polls and make their opinion known.
The Tour: Reinala will be happening first, as mentioned, and will feature a brand new NPC, a participation reward at the end of the adventure, an exclusive paid event package available to all, potential affection with Reinala, Dioscuri and the new NPC, and of course, the ability to play through the adventure and learn more about the White City.
... and perhaps, to help Reinala avoid another Trial.
